Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Facadely is operated by LatchGrid, a business based in India ([registered name, address, and company number]). "We" means LatchGrid. "You" means the person or firm using Facadely. Contact: [contact email].

2. The service

Facadely turns architectural sketches into rendered images and lets you edit, share and export them. Renders are generated by AI models (Google Vertex AI). Output can contain errors and is a visual aid, not a construction document. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it or show it to clients.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your firm. Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Payments

Paid plans and top-ups are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments processes your payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears on your statement. Dodo Payments' own buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Prices are in US dollars.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Credits

• One render or edit normally uses 1 credit.
• Plan credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. This also applies to annual plans, which grant credits monthly.
• Top-up credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If a generation fails, or our drift check flags that a render departed from your sketch, the credit is returned automatically.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in the sketches, references and other files you upload, and in the renders you create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them only to run Facadely for you, including on review links you choose to share.

We do not use your sketches, renders or client work to train AI models, and we do not let our providers do so. See the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Facadely to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to create deceptive images of real people, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Free plan

Free renders carry a watermark and may be limited or changed at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Facadely is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including US consumer protection law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Facadely and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for a serious breach of these terms.

11. Changes and law

We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by [governing law and venue, to be decided with counsel].
