Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LatchGrid (India) collects when you use Facadely, why, and who processes it. Contact for privacy requests: [privacy email].

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and sign-in records. If you use Google sign-in, we also receive your name and profile picture from Google.
• Your content: the sketches, reference photos, masks, prompts and renders you create, plus comments and approvals left on review links you share.
• Billing data: your plan, credit balance and payment status. Card details go to Dodo Payments, and we never see or store them.
• Technical data: logs needed to run and secure the service. Review-link abuse limits use a one-way hash of the IP address, not the address itself.

Who processes it

• Google Cloud Vertex AI generates and checks renders from your sketches and prompts. Under Google Cloud's terms, Google does not use this data to train its models.
• Supabase stores your account, database records and image files. [Confirm the hosting region.]
• Vercel hosts the website and app.
• Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for payments, and acts as its own controller for payment data.

No training on your work

We do not use your sketches, renders or client work to train or fine-tune AI models, and we do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Why we use it

We use your data to provide the service, bill you, prevent abuse, and send you service emails, such as sign-in links and billing notices. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your content while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your content and account data within [30] days, except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws such as California's CCPA/CPRA may give you more rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those laws define it. Data is processed in [the United States and India]. We use contractual safeguards with our providers.

Facadely is not for anyone under 18.
